Our unique Viton rubber coated isolators
Have been used successfully in both cleanroom applications and highly corrosive environments. The Viton coating can be vulcanized to the rubber portion of most mounts. Since the coating is vulcanized to the mount, it will compress, elongate and deform in unison with the isolator.
Although our Viton coating forms an extremely clean and chemically resistant protective barrier around the rubber, it has no affect on the physical performance of the mount.

GROMMET BUMPERS
Grommet bumpers are typically used as feet or bumper stops. Grommet bumpers are also commonly used as vibration dampers, finishing components and even spacers. When sized correctly, grommet bumpers easily snap into your pre-drilled panel hole. Grommet bumpers work well in plastic, metal or other substrates. Rubber grommets can be made in various rubber compounds including, silicone, Buna-N, Neoprene and EPDM.

Recessed Bumpers are an ideal choice to be used as feet on all types of equipment and appliances. Recessed Bumpers are also used to isolate the transmission of shock and vibration. ADHESIVE BUMPERS
Our adhesive bumpers are made of polyurethane and have an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive on the bottom. Typical applications include cabinet and door bumpers. Many of our customers also use the adhesive bumpers as easy to install feet. Our self-adhesive bumpers will not mar, scratch or stain. The self-adhesive bumpers are sold on small kiss cut sheets and sold in case quantities only.

STOCK EXTRUSIONS
Western Rubber & Supply, Inc. stocks rubber extrusion for many applications. The standard profiles include U-Channels, P-profiles and other unique shapes. Common uses for rubber extrusion are sealing, noise control, vibration control and decorative trim. The elastomers used in our standard rubber extrusions are either weather resistant EPDM or SBR. Silicone, Neoprene, Viton and Buna-N are also available if your unique application requires a higher level of performance. Custom compounds and profiles are our specialty.

O-RINGS
Western Rubber & Supply, Inc. stocks a variety of standard o-rings. The most common rubber o-ring compound is Buna-N or Nitrile, but we also sell silicone, fluorosilicone, VitonTM, Neoprene, EPDM o-rings.
We also supply custom spliced o-rings for unique or larger applications. When required, we can also grind standard o-ring cord stock down to tight tolerance custom sizes.
