For special applications, our custom molding and custom fabricating programs are designed to provide unique solutions. Our team will help guide you through the process of specifying the correct material and (just as importantly) the correct manufacturing process, while taking into consideration your special requirements.

ITEM’S TO CONSIDER WHEN SELECTING A POLYMER

  1. Chemical compatibility (oils, fuels, etc.)
  2. Physical characteristics (harder or softer materials)
  3. Environmental exposure (ozone resistance, etc.)
  4. Product life expectancy, in the working environment.

BUDGETARY, PROJECT SCHEDULE AND QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES TO CONSIDER

  1. The quantity of parts to be produced annually.
  2. The number of cavities in the mold or die versus the per-piece cost.
  3. Custom parts can be produced in one of our domestic or cost-effective ISO 9000 certified offshore plants.
