Whether you require economical offshore rubber molding compounds, domestic silicone compounds for military applications or conductive compounds, we can mold all of these materials to your exact configuration. Our selection of elastomers includes domestic materials as well as molding compounds produced with our offshore manufacturing capabilities.

Military Compounds

Our military-grade A-A 59588A and AMS-3326 silicones are heat cured elastomers designed to meet A-A 59588A Class I A&B Group 40-70 and A-A 59588A Class 2 A&B Group 25-80 specifications (formerly ZZR-765).

Domestic Compounds

Our domestic fluorosilicones are rubber molding compounds designed to withstand the extreme conditions and degradation by harsh chemicals and fluids typical of aerospace or automotive applications. Our domestic silicones include high-strength, FDA-grade, commercial-grade and specification-grade compounds.

Conductive Compounds

Our WesShield™ silicones and fluorosilicones are EMI Shielding materials that are used as a medium to provide electrical conductivity across a gasket-flange interface. Applications include the production of shielding gaskets for the military, aerospace, electronics and communications.

Overseas Compounds

Our wide selection of economical overseas compounds include Commercial Silicone, High Tear Strength Silicone, Peroxide Cured EPDM, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, SBR and TPE. These gasketing and sealing materials are available from 40-70 durometer.
