WesLastomer™ Silicone Sheet has excellent temperature, ozone and weather resistance, and we stock a variety of silicone sheeting for a range of applications. Our line of sheeting includes general purpose, FDA-grade, conductive, spec-grade and reinforced silicones as well as fluorosilicone materials. Contact customer service for more information on other variations of these materials.
Grade 2100 Silicone is designed to be used in applications where physical properties are not critical but extreme temperature resistance is still needed. It is available from 30-70 durometer.
Grade 2200 Translucent Silicone is a non-toxic and inert gasketing material available from 50-70 durometer. It also has extreme temperature resistance.
Grade 2300 Fluorosilicone sheeting is designed to be used in conditions where extreme conditions exist. It is also resistant to chemicals such as oils and fuels. Available from 30-70 durometer.
Grade 2400 Spec Grade Silicone sheeting is designed to be used in conditions where higher physical properties and lower compression sets are required. Available from 30-70 durometer.
Grade 2600 “FDA Grade” Silicone is a low-volatile, preoxide-free sheeting designed to be used in conditions where food is present.
Grade 2700 Electrically Conductive Grade 70 Shore “A” Silicone sheeting is a carbon black, thermally-conductive, filled silicone that will act as a low amperage conductor, while also providing protection against electrostatic discharge.
Grade 2800 Fiberglass Reinforced, Grade 70 Shore “A” Silicone sheeting is available in two grades and is typically used for gaskets or seals requiring a resilient, non-porous sheet material, stable over a wide range of operating temperatures.
