WesTherm™ gap filler pad materials are pliable, fully-cured, general purpose silicones that are highly conformable and excellent for filling air gaps and uneven surfaces. These high heat gels adhere to most components of varying shapes and sizes, regardless of minute voids and irregularities. Some of these materials are available in other constructions which include a hardened top surface and/or a mesh reinforcement stiffener, which prevent stretching and allow for distortion-free handling.

CGF-TS Conformable Gap Filler / Soft
A a highly conformable, low modulus material that is excellent for filling air gaps while exerting minimal pressure on components. It is a filled-silicone polymer on rubber-coated fiberglass. Thermal conductivity is 0.8 W/m-k. Data sheet available (download PDF).
